You will be ideally located to discover the city of Auxerre, a city of art and history: Saint-Etienne cathedral, St-Germain museum and abbey, the clock tower… everything can be done on foot, through the old streets and alleys of the city center.

Auxerre is also an excellent starting point for discovering the region’s must-sees: Chablis; the hike between the canal, vineyards and cherry trees; the medieval castle of Guédelon; the medieval city of Noyers-sur-Serein; the basilica of Vézelay; Toucy and its market; the Nivernais canal… all these places are less than 30 minutes away by car.
